🐝 HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Each month you’ll receive a curated set of press-on nails (based on your tier) shipped right to your door! Orders close on the 13th each month and ship by the 21st. As long as your subscription is active, you’ll never miss a set!

🔁 CAN I REUSE MY PRESS-ONS?
Yes! Our press-ons are designed to be applied, removed, and reused. We recommend using the glue tabs (included) for easier removal and reuse, and saving the nail glue for longer wear. Proper removal following our included instructions will keep your nails in great shape for multiple wears.

SIZING QUESTIONS

📏 HOW DO YOU GET MY NAIL SIZE RIGHT?
We use our signature Quarter Method for 98% sizing accuracy! After subscribing, you’ll receive instructions to send us four photos — one of each hand, thumbs separately — with a quarter placed next to your nails for reference. Since your left and right hands can be different sizes, we size each hand individually for the most accurate fit possible.
Photos should be taken on clean, polish-free nails in good lighting.

📸 WHEN DO I NEED TO SUBMIT MY SIZING PHOTOS?
New subscribers must submit their sizing photos by the 13th of the month to be included in that month’s shipment. Instructions will be sent automatically after subscribing.

📏 WHAT IF I'VE ALREADY SUBMITTED MY SIZING PHOTOS?
Once we have your sizing on file you’re all set! We keep your measurements so you don’t need to resubmit every month. Just let us know if your size ever changes. 🐝

📸 HOW DO I SEND MY SIZING PHOTOS?
After subscribing, you’ll receive an email or message with instructions on how to submit your sizing photos. New subscribers must submit photos before the 10th of each month to be included in that month’s shipment.

Yes! Add our Bee Unique Add-On (+$10/month) to customize or edit your next month’s design. Have a color palette, vibe, or special event in mind? We’ve got you! Available on any tier at checkout.

📦 HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Shipping times vary by location but typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

📦 WHEN DO ORDERS SHIP?
All orders ship by the 21st of every month. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package right to your door!

📦 HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after your ship date depending on your location. Tracking is included in evert order.

❌ What if I miss the cutoff date?
No worries! You'll automatically be included in the next month's shipment. Subscribers are never skipped -- just rolled to the next cycle.

⏸️ Can I SKIP A MONTH?
Life happens! You can skip any month you need to with no limit. Simply click the magic link in your subscription email and hit the Skip button in your customer portal. Founding member pricing is yours for life as long as you stay subscribed — skip as many months as you need! 🐝

❌ CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel anytime! Just make sure to cancel before the 13th of the month to avoid being charged for the next shipment. Cancellations made after the cutoff will receive their final box before the subscription ends.

🔄 CAN I CHANGE MY TIER?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Changes made before the 13th will take effect the following month.
