At Blissful Bees Nails every set is handmade and custom fitted just for you! Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect. 💛

📅 ORDER CUTOFF DATE
Orders close on the 13th of every month. Any orders placed after the 13th will be included in the following month's shipment. New subscribers must also submit their nail sizing photos by the 13th to be included in that month's shipment.

📦 PROCESSING TIME
All orders are handmade with love and care! Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be made and packed before it ships. All subscription orders ship by the 21st of every month.

🚚 SHIPPING METHOD
All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after your ship date depending on your location.

📍 SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship within the United States only.

📧 TRACKING
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package right to your door! 🐝

📦 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Blissful Bees Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS. If your package is lost in transit before delivery please contact us at blissfulbeesnails@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you!

While we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible please note that USPS delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays or other delays outside of our control.

🎁 A LA CARTE ORDERS
Single a la carte orders follow the same monthly schedule. Orders placed before the 13th ship by the 21st. Orders placed after the 13th ship the following month.

📬 WRONG ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout! Blissful Bees Nails is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address please contact us at blissfulbeesnails@gmail.com before the 13th of the month.
